No. Our advice is free for you. We are paid by some lenders only if a loan goes ahead, and we tell you that before you decide.

02How quickly will someone reply?

Most enquiries get a reply within one working day. Enquiries sent after office hours are picked up the next morning.

03What documents should I have ready?

Recent salary slips, bank statements for the last six months, identity proof and any property papers if you are buying. Your advisor will confirm the list for your loan.

04Can I change my enquiry later?

Yes. Mention your reference number when you get in touch and we will update the details on your file.
